This combination of attachments extends damage range and bullet velocity, maximizing performance in those close-range scenarios. The damage increase is so great that it can sometimes lead to one-shot kills which is especially handy when clearing out a building full of opposition.
The sighting point may seem strange but the increase in hip-fire accuracy is noticeable in situations where there is no time to zoom in.
