Update 2.4 is now available on Genshin Impact and it notably brings a brand new area called Enkanomiya. The latter will be unlocked through a main quest but not entirely. In order to spawn three more mini-islands in the area, you will need to complete the Secret of Erebos quest.
Where can I find the quest The Secret of Erebos?
You will find Eboshi's quest in the heart of the serpent (tp on the left). The NPC will give you three challenges. To access it, a new island will be available with three teleport points.
1. Yachimatahiko's Trial
Teleport to the Gorge and use the ghostly fish to climb up to the vortex. You will then arrive on the first island of the Challenge. Here, your objective will be to collect the 4 flames scattered in the ruins.
Go up to the first floor to find a mechanism that can switch to sleepless night mode and activate it. Go back down to activate a triangle pillar allowing you to lower the gates. Go get the first flame further and come back upstairs to activate Endless Night.
Go back down to where you opened the gate to find a blue triangle pillar to activate. This will cause the wall to move and free a passage to the second flame.
Go back upstairs and climb the wall opposite the day/night mechanism (without touching it). While hovering, you'll find another blue triangle pillar to activate which will release another flame. Climb the cliffs as high as possible to be able to collect the third flame in the air.

2. Yachimatahime's Trial
In the same way, you will have to find the vortex taking you to this new island. This one is in the Temple of Endless Night. Take the ghostly shoal of fish to soar through the air.
Also here you will have to pick up the 4 flames. By observing in the water well a little further, the locations of the flames will be indicated to you. Here is the solution in video:
3. Kunado's Trial
To find Kunado Island, you will first need to go to the Heart of the Serpent and use the ghostly fish to climb up to the vortex. This time around, you'll need to light all four torches with Fire and battle four waves of enemies in order to free the statues. You can then collect the four flames at the top of the statues and go talk to Daimon.
Once you've completed all three challenges, return to Eboshi in the Serpent's Heart to end the quest and get your rewards.
