4 pieces equipped : Increases DMG inflicted by normal attacks by 35% when this artifact set is equipped by characters wielding a sword, greatsword, or polearm.
Crimson Witch of Flames
2 pieces equipped : increases pyro damage bonuses by 15%
4 pieces equipped : Increases damage dealt by Overload and Burn by 40%, and Evaporate and Melt by 15%. Using an elemental unleash increases the effect of the 2-piece set by 50%. This effect can be stacked up to 3 times.
Noblesse Oblige
2 pieces equipped : Increases DMG dealt by Elemental Furies by 20%.
4 pieces equipped : Increases the ATK of all characters on the team by 20% for 12s after an elemental rampage. This effect does not stack.
To play alongside:
Childe
Combined with Childe, the mixture of Hydro and Pyro elements produces the Evaporation elemental reaction which increases the damage of Hydro and Pyro attacks. (x1.5 for Pyro damage and x2 for Hydro damage).
Ganyu
The Pyro and Cryo characters work very well together, which is why one will easily associate Xiangling with Ganyu. Melt elemental reaction increases the damage of Cryo and Pyro attacks. (x1.5 for Cryo damage and x2 for Pyro damage).
Fischl
Generating the elemental effect of Overload is both very easy and very efficient thanks to the synergy between Fischl and Xiangling. You will then be able to produce high AOE damage, with a character like Diluc for example.
Venti
Venti is effective because he can easily group enemies together. With an Anemo character the Scatter elemental reaction occurs and inflicts AoE damage of the element the Anemo element comes into contact with.
