Your best friend: the Support List

By pressing X in game, you can display the menu, in which the 'Support' category is located. It allows you to consult all the links that each known and allied character can develop. So you can see how far the relationship between your main character and each character can go. Rank S indicates a romance or at least an important decision about your character's future after the end of the game, while a maximum rank A indicates a friendship without real consequences.

Apart from your protagonist, all the characters only have a maximum rank of A between them, even A+ in some cases. That doesn't mean they can't develop a romantic relationship, but you won't decide that. This will be their choice after the end of the game, the remaining people you have not selected as your chosen one and who will have a rank A between them will form couples, sometimes quite surprising, and their fate will be told to you after the end of the game.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive, it does not contain people who have not yet appeared, or characters who may disappear or even die as a result of your choices and actions. It just indicates that there is a possibility if you make the appropriate choices.

Short-term effect of Supports

It should be noted that each Support rank gives bonuses to characters when they are close to each other, or when they attack the same target. This has a significant impact, and it can make the difference between a dead character and a living one. A fragile character surrounded by allies with whom he has high Support is much more robust. This usually has an effect on the chances of hitting and dodging too. You can see the effect of these Support Ranks in the menu.

Apart from the playable characters, the immediate interest of the Support ranks is that they make it easier to recruit students from other classes.
