The Seventh Boss
Strategy
Golemagg is accompanied by two Core Ravagers that can't be killed during the fight. Off-tanks should take care of one each and bring them away from the boss on either side. The Ravagers will use Mangle, reducing the movement speed of the target by 50% and inflicting 300 damage every 2 seconds.
The rest of the raid should focus on the boss for the duration of the encounter. Melee classes will take heavy damage during this fight, as Magma Splash can stack, leading to increased damage. The tanks should alternate between tanking the boss while the DPS wait for their debuff to fade.
In addition, Golemagg will cast Pyroblast on a random player during the fight. Finally, when the boss is reduced to 10% HP, Golemagg will enrage and summon Earthquakes that deal heavy damage to melee classes. Close-quarters DPS classes should remove themselves from the fight at this point to avoid dying pointlessly.

The Eighth Boss
Strategy
The strategy for this encounter is actually rather simple, despite the number of enemies in this fight. Sulfuron is accompanied by four Flamewaker Priests which must be killed one after another to stop them getting off a Dark Mending. An off-tank should prevent them from healing the boss by kiting each Priest one by one, rendering them unable to heal the boss.
Once all four Priests are dead, the raid can concentrate on the boss. Nearly all of Sulfuron's abilities can be dispelled; the real dangerous spells are Dark Strike and Hand of Ragnaros, which will stun most melee classes.
