Lethon is a World Boss in World of Warcraft Classic. You can fight him at any level, but it's best to wait until you've reached Level 60 before taking him on. Lethon can be found in several different zones, including DuskwoodThe Hinterlands, Feralas, and Ashenvale. Read more about his location below.

A Brief History Of

Lethon is a member of the Dragons of Nightmare, alongside Emeriss, Ysondre, and Taerar. These dragons form part of a difficult raid, with certain dragons being considered harder than others,

Like the rest of the dragons, Lethon was corrupted by the Emerald Dream, which forced the four dragons to invade Azeroth cause irreparable havoc. It's high time their long rampage was brought to an end.

Lethon's Location

Lethon and the other Emerald Dragons will randomly appear in front of portals in the following zones: Duskwood, The Hinterlands, Feralas, and Ashenvale.

Here are the zones where you can encounter Lethon:

  • Twilight's Grove in Duskwood
  • Dream Bough in Feralas
  • Bough Shadow in Ashenvale
  • Seradane in The Hinterlands

Strategy

Lethon

Spells: Seeping Fog, Noxious Breath, Tail Sweep, Summon Player, Mark of Nature, Aura of Nature, Volatile Infection, Shadow Bolt Whirl

Race: Dragonkin

Recommended Formation

  • Entire raid on Lethon's Flank

The ideal positioning to beat Lethon is very simple: simply note from which side Lethon is launching Shadow Bolt Whirl and form up on the opposite flank. This will render you immune to his attacks. You should pay attention to the number of times Lethon's Talons flash, so that your tank can re-aggro the boss at the right time.

Healers should continuously heal the Tanks, and DPS should disengage from Lethon to heal up, which will make the fight a whole lot less complex. Once Lethon is killed, he will release one final Seeping Fog, so be sure to heal yourself before you start celebrating!
