If you find that you need to reach out to someone in Cyberpunk 2077 via phone, it's very simple to give them a ring. On any platform using a controller, hold down on the D-pad. This includes PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or Stadia. You can alternatively press the "T" button on your keyboard or the down button on the D-pad if you have a controller hooked up.
When you do this, you'll open up the phone menu. All of your contacts will be listed here. You can scroll through the list of names to find who you wish to speak to. Once you're ready to make a call, all you need to do is choose the person and press the "action" button, depending on your platform.
