The Fortnite island is now rife with wild animals, and it's your job to go looking for them in Week 1 of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6.
There are four creatures you can find: Wolves, Boar, Frogs and Chickens.
Taking down these creatures will give you materials for crafting the new primal weapons, so naturally they're important.
Finding them can be tough, but generally follow logic:
- Chickens can be found at farms or in open country
- Boars and wolves favour wooded areas
- Frogs can be found near ponds, lakes and rivers
Each animal has a distinct audio cue, so make sure your have your sound adjusted accordingly. Be wary of wolves travelling in packs!
Wolves, boars, and chickens drop Animal Bones and Meat, while frogs will give you Stink Sacs.
