Joey is one of the new NPCs that appeared at the start of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
He's actually a double agent, and also happens to be a bit... extraterrestrial. He can be found in either alien or human form. His location also changes, according to form.

Talking to an NPC seems like a simple task on paper. However, it can quickly get complicated, especially when its respawn location changes.
While Joey can be found at Believer Beach, on the trailer park side, that's not only where you'll find him.
You can also find him in his original location, in the northwestern part of Dirty Docks .
Interacting with the NPC is enough to complete the challenge.
Remember, with each first interaction in a game, an NPC will give you a random item -- either a bandage or a legendary weapon.
Be mindful not to damage the NPC, as they can quickly become hostile if hit. They're also formidable enemies.
