With Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.6, titled Edgerunners, several anime-related items have been added to the game, which allows you to obtain David Ramirez's famous neon yellow paramedic jacket, via a new side quest, as well as the best girl shotgun, sorry, we meant Rebecca.

David Ramirez in Cyberpunk 2077 (spoilers)

Follow the next marker, to find a crate containing David's jacket. His stats aren't great, but you can use him with the wardrobe to match his unique look.
Edgerunners Guts Shotgun
