To complete this challenge belonging to the Storm Racer Mission of Season 10 in Fortnite, you will have to dance near different telescopes located on the map.
We can find them high up on hills. Note that for the Prestige variant of this challenge you will have to dance close to two telescopes in a single match! This can be complicated to achieve, so be sure to get materials or even vehicles to make it easier for you to move around.

Hill west of Dusty Depot
You will find the first telescope at the top of the cliff overlooking the Dusty Depot location to the west. A wooden seat is located near the telescope.
Southwestern Moisty's Woodpecker
The second telescope of the challenge is located on one of the highest rocks in the desert biome. It overlooks the small river and you can also see a motorcade and a parasol at its top.
Snow-covered cliff between Shifty Shafts and Salty Springs
Finally, the last telescope is located on the snowy height on the eastern boundary of the frozen biome. Three fir trees are located at the top of this small hill.
