Seemingly, it has been attacked by a virus, gradually turning red and black. The more you raise your levels while playing with it equipped, the more it evolves.
At Level 300, you will become completely infected.
To get it, you'll have to reach Level 60 of the Battle Pass, then you'll have to level up to see it change.
Even then, what should we think of this skin? Fortnite rarely does things randomly. There's a good chance Epic are showing us the beginnings of a virus that may infect Chapter 2, Season 2.
