Does the New Year mean a new season for Fortnite? That's the question on everyone's lips. The Winterfest being behind us as well as the Star Wars collaboration, players are wondering what Epic Games has planned for the future of the famous battle royale.
As you may know, there's never anything definite with this publisher especially when it concerns the end of a Fortnite season. Of course, there will be a specific event with a countdown to get Season 2 off to a great start, and Apollo Island hasn't revealed all its mysteries yet. As the map is relatively new, there is little chance that it'll implode again — as it was the case in the previous season.
Some data miners have estimated that Season 11 will end somewhere between February 6 and February 13. That would make it one of the season's longest delay to date — Epic Games having done the same thing with Season 7 to give the teams a real break during the holiday. For now, one thing is certain: one last series of missions has just come out allowing you to enjoy a little more the snowy map following Winterfest.
Concerning the battle pass, we don't have any information for the moment but we can imagine that it'll be at the same price as the previous seasons, that is 950 V-Bucks, with an alternate premium battle pass for 2,800 V-Bucks. In the meantime, be on the lookout for any changes on the map. It might give you some clues about the upcoming event!
