Today, the official Fortnite Twitter account tells us 12:00 PM (ET), or 9:00 AM PT. The emojis that punctuate the message seem to be all linked to the American rapper. In the morning, you'll have to be ready not to miss the live event.
According to some leakers, today's event would only be a teaser of the concert, which will take place later. Answer in a few hours!

For the past few days, Apollo Island seems to be undergoing changes near Sweaty Sands, where a stage is being installed.
It's probably there that you'll have to go to see the show. This will be the second time an artist's concert will be broadcast live in Fortnite — after Marshmello concert in February 2019.
