Since the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 2, Epic Games has considerably eased the pace of seasonal releases. Originally scheduled for May 1, Season 3 has finally been pushed back by the publisher to June 17. An announcement that was obviously rather badly received by the community as a whole, which is used to more dynamism. Epic Games didn't stop producing new content during this Season 2 extension.
Travis Scott's concert, hailed as one of the most successful live events in Fortnite's history, was a resounding success with over 27.7 million unique spectators.
To end Season 2 on a high note, Epic Games has finally booked a Doomsday event that promises to be spectacular, according to the leaks recorded so far. A bit of patience is still required, but it's a good bet that next season will be a great surprise.
