No respite for the dataminers, in this in-between period close to Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3. A second teaser appeared on social networks, explicitly revealing a solid gold trident. The theme of the sea is confirmed once again, but it remains to be discovered to whom this weapon may belong.
Symbolically, the Trident is the attribute of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea and the oceans.
Even if this deity would have its place in the future theme of the game, there is little chance that Epic Games will spend more time on this. Many fans have already drawn a parallel with the superhero Aquaman, recently played by Jason Momoa. The character wears a solid gold trident on the poster, extremely similar to the one that appears on the teaser.
Let's remember that Deadpool was the superhero highlighted throughout the previous season. It isn't excluded that Epic Games has entered into a partnership with DC, and that the Aquaman skin will be available during Season 3!
