Aquaman, the central character in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3, still has many surprises in store for us this summer. Dataminers recently got their hands on some interesting files, to be linked to the thesis of the drop in water levels as the season progresses.
The name "Atlantis" appeared in some files. Hypex even went as far as extracting the sounds associated with this future game location.
In Greek mythology as in the story of Aquaman, Atlantis is a sunken city. Given the coming tidal drop, Atlantis could well be revealed and appear in the open air, or become explorable underwater. Another leaker, FortTory, has detected the presence of files relating to a female character of Atlantis.
These characters could well be Atlanteans: the inhabitants of Atlantis. The same dataminer explains that in this future location of the game, Aquaman could be the boss to defeat — as Deadpool was in the previous season — and the Atlanteans could be henchmen.
