Valorant: Issues with headshots since Patch 1.02

Patch 1.02 was deployed in Valorant on June 23, with the arrival of the Competitive mode — requested by all players since the official launch. The latter has brought several changes, notably agents, maps and IU updates.

Some players have noticed a bug concerning the recording of headshots when crouching. One of them has posted a compilation of his games as an example on Reddit.

In an FPS like Valorant, accuracy of shooting is very important to keep a balance gaming experience for all. In the excerpt above, we can see that the player, who is crouching during the gunfight, hits the opponents several times on the head.

Nevertheless, he's killed and the shots aren't even recorded. In the comments, other players add that they have experienced the same problem during their games.

For the moment, Riot Games hasn't reacted yet, but there is a good chance that the publisher will announce a patch to fix the bug soon, especially since the Competitive mode has arrived.
