Fortnite: Water Level Drop Stage 2, rediscovery of old notable places

The flooding of the map in Fortnite is gradually being resolved. "Stage 2" of the recession happened this morning, uncovering more dry land and remarkable ancient places.

ShiinaBR made a short clip to show how the island has been transformed, and how much the water level has dropped.

However, the sea level decline is not yet complete — at least one or two more stages are expected in the coming weeks. Cars will be coming to the game on July 21, confirming a drop in water level every 10 days.

While at the time of writing numerous roads criss-crossing the island are passable, it will take even more for the new range of vehicles to be viable.

As for today's recession, the main event of note is the rediscovery of Risky Reels. It's a bit shaken up and covered with green algae, but it is back all the same — and comes with many chests for those who like to land in the vicinity.
