Valorant: FaZe Clan recruits Marved

A few days after officially recruiting Zachary "ZachaREEE" Lombardo, FaZe Clan announces a new player for its Valorant team. Canadian Jimmy "Marved" Nguyen joins the roster. The organization now has an almost complete team.

Marved isn't a total stranger to the competitive scene. He is a former CS:GO player before moving to Valorant. His last competition dates back to June 2020. However, he hasn't really managed to make a lasting breakthrough. After playing for Denial Esports and eUnited, he went on to play for smaller, lesser-known teams.

In Valorant, he played in several unorganised teams and represented FaZe Clan as a stand-in at the T1 x Nerd Street Gamers Showdown. He is now a full-fledged player on the team.

Behind its captain Jason "jasonR" Ruchelski, the team that didn't participate in the Pax Invitational will soon be able to resume competition. It now has a well-identified core of four players:

  • Jason "jasonR" Ruchelski
  • Corey "corey" Nigra
  • Zachary "ZachaREEE" Lombardo
  • Jimmy "Marved" Nguyen
