LoL: How to trap the Jungle Sentinel in Nexus Blitz

With the Spirit Blossom event, the Nexus Blitz mode has made a comeback in League of Legends, with a new map redesigned in the colors of Ionia.

Focusing on in-game events reminiscent of Uther Party and other Mario Party-like games, the Nexus Blitz encourages widespread chaos rather than real strategies. Whether it's the buffs granted by the events or the cannon-turrets located on either side of the map, everything is done so that the fight reigns everywhere.

And especially in the jungle, space of all the objectives, where reign two Guardians whose damage is absolutely insane. However, there is a strategy to completely neutralize them ... just with a spell.

Blitzcrank is not the only one who can perform this technique, since it is actually sufficient to be able to apply a CC of movement to the Guardian. In this regard, here is a non-exhaustive list of champions who could themselves achieve this. Note also that some of them will need to position themselves in the turret with a Flash, while others can simply repel the monster:

  • Flash + Spell: Tahm Kench, Pyke
  • Spell: Syndra, Ziggs, Alistar, Tristana, Qiyana, Aurelion Sol, Azir, Gnar, Gragas

If you manage to replicate the technique with another champion, feel free to tell us who with in the comments and we'll hasten to update the article.

Having said that, one glance is enough to estimate that this mechanic is surely far from intentional and that it is arguably a glitch. We can expect without too many surprises that Riot will soon make that impossible ... so make the most of it quickly before it's gone!

"Samira", a possible leak of the 151st League of Legends champion?

While Yone has yet to set foot in the Summoner's Rift, a recent leak would seem to indicate the identity of the next champion to join League of Legends. She would be called Samira and could well be an ADC.
