Summer has been in full swing for several weeks now, and many of us have been fortunate enough to enjoy a few days or weeks of much-needed and well-deserved rest. As they say themselves, Riot Games members are not robots, and there comes a time when the need to disconnect and recharge batteries becomes absolutely necessary.

Especially since the year was far from simple, the COVID-19 being only one of the many challenges taken up by the Californian firm over the last few months...
As a result, the teams working on League of Legends, Valorant, Teamfight Tactics, and Legends of Runeterra will go on holiday next week, from August 10th to 16th.
Riot points out that some teams have chosen to stagger their holidays over several weeks to ensure a minimum presence at all times. That said, we can expect an impact on the patch notes as well as on the announced releases, both of which are expected to be delayed.
