Since Riot is taking a week off, Patch 10.18 isn't expected to be a huge update for League of Legends, especially since Patch 10.16 brought some changes specifically targeting professional players in order to ensure the best possible meta for the upcoming tournaments and competitions.
That said, this update brings a whole new skin line with a badass look: the PsyOps, some kind of leathery post-apocalyptical agents using psychic powers... Patch 10.18 also introduces a new member to the Hextech family: Ziggs!
For now, only a few champion balance changes have been implemented on the PBE, for Lillia and Kayle, but we're nonetheless expecting more to drop in the upcoming days.
Currently being tested on the PBE, Patch 10.18 should hit live on August 18. As usual, the following changes are extremely subject to modification over the next days. We'll update this article accordingly until official patch notes are released.
Note that the 10.17 patch note has been skipped because of Riot Games taking a week hiatus.
