It's on the weekend before the new season that the waves of teasers begin to arrive in Fortnite. For this much-anticipated Chapter 2 Season 4, the theme will be about the Marvel Universe, and more precisely, about Thor.
Teasing takes a rather original form here since it's through comic books that we learn the basics of the plot. It can be consulted in the main menu, right now in-game.
For the moment only the first two pages are readable. Thor is, unsurprisingly, the central hero of the story; along with Galactus, predisposed to play the role of the great villain.
At the end of the second comic strip, Thor flies away to what looks like a giant rift, resembling line for line the seasons of the battle royale.
Where it gets really interesting is that this rift is visible from the game itself. According to the story told in the comic book, the rift is what allows Galactus to spot the power of Apollo Island.
Over the next few days, it's very likely that the rift will widen or let something or someone through. In any case, we'll have to keep an eye out: because the superheroes will be landing on our beloved island very soon!
