Dataminers are working hard to decipher clues about Fortnite's upcoming season.
As Epic Games has begun its millimetre teasing of what lies ahead in the battle royale, leakers are joining the party. Most recently, VastBlastt revealed the two new Season 4 teasers, corresponding to the letters E and X, in one fell swoop.
On them, you can see Jonesy and the Raven — two of the most famous characters ever created by Fortnite's developers — confronting Thor in person, equipped with his Mjöllnir hammer.
We can imagine that the first contact between the asgardian and the islanders wasn't a smooth one... In the second image, blood seems to be spurting out of Jonesy's mouth.
The watermark presence of two letters via these teasers, the E and the X, is to be linked to the very first teaser, which presented the letter N. Put together, we have what looks like the beginning of a word: N-E-X. Most gaming experts have speculated that the full word will be NEXUS.
A theory that makes sense, since the "nexus" is an orb of pure energy formed by the cube in Fortnite Season 6. In Season 10, the nexus explodes and creates temporal anomalies. The first two comic strip announcing Season 4 explain that Galactus identifies a large source of energy to be absorbed from the world of Fortnite.
It's probably the Nexus, which may well be back! Unless Epic deliberately misleads us here...

Epic Games is teasing the next season of Fortnite. This time it's the next alleged super villain that's in the spotlight, with a burst of close-up footage appearing on social networks.
