T1 loses an important part of its Valorant team. At least not totally. Last night on Twitter, Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham announced that he's withdrawing from the T1 roster he joined in July 2020.
He stressed the fact that he wanted to expand his agent pool in addition to improving his overall impact with the Operator. He also added that he would return with his teammates "when the time is right."
The roster of the South Korean organization is now down to four players just before the next Ignition Series competition.
The best solution to replace him at short notice would be the team's coach, Daniel "fRoD" Montaner, who had already taken his place during previous competitions. In any case, the team hasn't yet communicated on the subject.
The organization has placed a lot of hope in this team which still has a lot to prove. Will it be able to reproduce the exploits of T1's League of Legends roster? Only the future will tell us, but one element of answer will certainly be brought to us during the next tournament in which the team will take part: the Pop Flash Tournament, which will start on August 26.
