This has been a habit since Chapter 2 Season 2. In Fortnite, there are some places where bosses can be found. Season 4 is no exception. No less than four mythical items are scattered on the map. Two of them are possessed by Doctor Doom, who hides in his fief.
Doctor Doom's Arcane Gauntlets
- Shoots energy ammos inflicting 35 damage points.
- Allows you to jump in weightlessness.
Doctor Doom's Mystical Bomb
- Creates a large projectile of charged energy, which inflicts great damage and burns structures..
Groot's Bramble Shield
- Once activated, blocks damage and heals nearby allies.
Silver Surfer's Board
- Once activated, it lifts you up in the air and makes you glide on a surfboard for an instant.
All mythical items have unlimited ammunition but depend on cooldowns, which will prevent you from spamming them too much. Groot's Shield and Silver Surfer's Board are only found at Quinjet landing sites.
These sites are determined by the landings of the fighter ships that fly alongside the battle bus at the beginning of the game. Shoot down drones or search the chests located in the aircraft on the ground to increase your chances of finding a mythical item!
