New GeForce RTX graphics cards will make Fortnite players happy. Alongside its central conference, Nvidia revealed to the general public a trailer in which the battle royale can be admired with RTX Ray Tracing and DLSS 2.0 support.
The result is striking: the new technology allows for high-end graphics, with remarkable effects on light effects and reflections. Ray tracing allows the reproduction of the physical phenomena of reflection and refraction.
Numerous dataminers, such as Yanteh, have been quick to compare the game with or without RTX.
We can see that our perceptions of water surfaces or bay windows will change drastically under the next GeForce graphics cards. However, the company hasn't communicated about a release date for this optimization in Fortnite.
