Kinstaar was a known and recognized player and the reasons that pushed him to end his Fortnite career reflect a sad reality for professional players. In his message announcing his retirement from the competitive scene, Kinstaar evokes "permanent harassment, as well as racist provocations."
All of this happens right after he has been assaulted, leaving him physically damaged.
There are proven facts of harassment against him, in streaming and on social networks. These toxic behaviors caused the player to become mentally and physically fatigued to the point of pushing him out.
In addition to these behaviors, he also blames Epic Games for not doing anything to restore Fortnite's lustre.
At the time of this writing, Kinstaar remains under contract with Solary, but he's now streaming other games. He's going to focus more on himself from now on.
