It's one of the big games of the Playstation 5 launch alongside Bluepoint's Demon's Souls remake, Spider-Man: Miles Morales will also release on November 12th or 19th (depends on the country). With one month to go before the event, Game Informer magazine had the right to a presentation in the wide widths of this stand-alone, with new gameplay demos and the exclusive announcement of some features.
Spider-cat!
A little kitty will accompany Miles throughout the adventure, nestled in his backpack. If we're not far from being too cute, the latter will still come to assist his super-human colleague during the finishers. It's obviously only a cosmetic, screwed on an exclusive outfit to Miles Morales, but the rendering is particularly successful. You can find the complete video dedicated to the spider-cat at this address.
Miles and Peter together
A new cutscene confirms that the two spider-guys will indeed have a mission together, at least. It's assumed that the young Miles Morales should have the right to a few training missions with his elder before being solo in the streets of New York. In this original sequence, it's especially Miles' animations that are worth noting: his lack of experience is transposed in his animations, with movements that are disorganized to say the least and a lighter attitude than his predecessor's.
Boss fight against Rhino
You'll probably remember him if you've ever seen the first Spider-man on PS4: Rhino will be back to give Miles a little practice in his first boss fight, again on the Game Informer Youtube channel. You can see the applications of the first Venom Punch, as sublime on the screen as they are powerful in the hand. According to the developers, this kind of punch should, according to the developers, spread specific vibrations thanks to the haptic feedback of the Dualsense controller in order to give a physical "feeling" to this kind of attack.
