After a rather meager update last week, it's another patch day coming up in Fortnite. This time, it's almost certain that most of the Fortnitemares' features will be unveiled.
The maintenance deployment time wasn't revealed until recently. It will begin at 1 am (PT) on Wednesday, October 21. The information comes from the official Fortnite Status Twitter account, which provides real-time information on the status of the servers.
Halloween will be in Fortnite for a few days starting today. On PC, this patch will be larger than usual (about 27GB), due to the deployment of an optimization aimed at reducing loading times.
Content updates of this type typically require global maintenance that lasts between one and three hours. During this time, it isn't possible to log in to the game to play.
The exact content of the Halloween patch is still unknown at the time of writing, but there is a good chance that this edition of the Fortnitemares will focus on Midas — or rather a version of him who came back from the dead!
