Set in the 1990s, Thunder Tier One sees you lead an elite force tasked with taking down a deadly terrorist foe using all your tactical nous, coupled with an arsenal of weapons and technology,
A personal pet project first started by Smolewski back in 2016 while at Bohemia Interactive, he pitched the concept to KRAFTON Inc. earlier this year and was given full backing to present Thunder Tier One to a wider audience.

Thunder Tier One comes with four key modes:
- Singleplayer
- 4-player Co-op
- PvP: Advance & Secure
- PvP: Deathmatch
There will also be a 10-mission story-driven campaign across a variety of scenarios, and quick modes allowing you to dive straight into the action.
Described as 'realistic strategy', players will need to think on their feet, assess their surroundings, and make decisive decisions in real-time.

Another key feature coming to the game is modding, with players able to create their own modes, weapons and missions that can be shared with the wider Thunder Tier One community.
