After the complaints of Cyberpunk 2077 being broken on PS4 and Xbox One, CD Projekt Red released an apology for the situation on these consoles, and mentioned the possibility of reimbursement, very clearly written in the message. Unfortunately, there seems to be a hitch between Sony and CDPR, as Sony doesn't seem ready to give a refund that easily.
A Restera post now lists discussions with Sony customer service as some users have succeeded, but others find themselves blocked even after several attempts and have been asked to wait for new patches.
