The Glitchpop skin set is one of the most appreciated cosmetic lines in VALORANT.
Looking like nothing else you can see in the game, the Glitchpop collection stands out with its colorful and bold cyberpunk touch.
According to several leaks on Twitter, the Glitchpop weapon skins will soon be back in the form of a 2.0 version, and even flashier than before.
Glitchpop 2.0
The pack will include more weapons than before — about ten in total. They will all have more or less the same visual appearance: bright colors such as pink, blue and orange, glittering blue light, copper details, holographic images and fun stickers of unicorns and rainbows.
Note that these new skins are accompanied by equipment animations and sounds. The Axe, for example, has a unique animation.
As for the previous collection, these Glitchpop weapons have different levels of progression that will give you access to cosmetic elements:
- Level 1: Basic
- Level 2: Holographic visual effects
- Level 3: Finish animation
- Level 4: Animation
Variants and other cosmetic elements
Several variants of the skins will be available for purchase, so if you're not a fan of the overly pop look of the original skins, you might be tempted by darker designs.
It will also be possible to purchase a new player icon for 375 VP, as well as new charms for 475 VP.
Price and release date
The entire collection will apparently be available for 8,700 VP. Each weapon will cost 2,175 VP, with a small exception for the Axe, which will be available for purchase for 4,350 VP.
According to the leaks (source), the Glitchpop set will be available with the next patch that should be deployed in February 3.
The collection could be available for 15 full days.
