The Foundation played a large part in the recent Fortnite cinematic and single-player mission; quite literally becoming the centre of the map as it encased itself in stone.
Rumours are going around the mill about who The Foundation could be. My first guess was that it would be how Neymar Jr was going to be introduced, but the latest claims are that it is in fact Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
The Reddit post that has come to light is questioning the similarities. The weaker side of the argument is that 'The Foundation' sounds a lot like 'The Rock'.
But The Foundation's armour seems to reflect The Rocks' tattoos with the blue left arm. The blue arm even covers the same area, stopping above the elbow, and has some sort of detail/hatch in the same area as The Rock's warrior tattoo on his chest.
While this may be grasping at straws, one last bit of evidence comes to light; an Instagram post.
In the video, The Rock talks about how the 16th of March was a big day for many people across the world. You know what was released on the March 16? The Zero Crisis Finale, and start of Fortnite Season 6.
The tagline for this video is nothing more than 'the foundation'. Johnson also talks about how "in a certain world, and in a certain culture, today was a big day"; ending the video with "the foundation" coupled with an eyebrow raise.
Could it all just be a coincidence? Or is this a tease that The Foundation is actually The Rock?
