As we suspected at the beginning of the season, the giant statue that is in the center of Neo Tilted represents the mystery skin of season 9, which is called Utopia. Its appearance was revealed when the 9.30 patch note was released.
Utopia has 3 different styles:
- A stage 1 in light clothing
- A step 2 where she puts on her armor
- A step 3 with a helmet
The 3 steps seem to be automatically unlocked when a player collects 90 decryption Fortbytes but Utopia also has many different colors that you can see below inspired by old game outfits like Rex or Cuddle Team Leader.
At the moment, we do not know how the different colors will have to be unlocked.
Utopia had been teased to the players since season 8 as her helmet was visible inside the Loot Lake Vault. Utopia would therefore be the guardian of the vaulted items, and she would have left the Vault during the event to teach the inhabitants of the surface to use the Vault's energy to rebuild Tilted after the volcano erupted. This explains why the city was rebuilt so quickly and with such a futuristic style.
