Tired of abandoning that fifth buddy every night because the squad is already full? Epic is now offering you the beginning of a solution. In temporary modes in large teams (more than 20 players in a team) such as Endgame for example, it is possible to train up to 4 squads with members of your friend list. You can therefore start a game at a maximum of 16.
To get there, nothing complicated: when you will be 4 into the squad, keep inviting friends, they can join you and appear in the lobby, behind the first squad. Then click on the "section composition" button at the bottom of the screen to organize the different squads.
When it comes to game-play, you will always feel like you are in a squad of 4, only the members of your squad will be highlighted on your mini map and you can only see their life bars.
The main interest of this feature is therefore simply to allow 16 players who know each other to be in the same game.
