A new addition to Fortnite Season 7 suggests that yet another event is coming to the Battle Royale, through a new, mysterious teaser involving the Battle Bus.
As with all events Epic adds to the game, this is coming at very short notice, and with few clues as to what it entails.
When you join the lobby of the game's Battle Royale mode, you will find a mysterious message:
We’re on a tight schedule. Scrub that Battle Bus, Agent!
To accompany it, players will see an image of the Battle Bus covered in graffiti -- as well as a date, August 17.
These announcements don't reveal any more, but something is happening behind the scenes -- that much is evident.
Dataminers aren't sure what this means, but some have suggested a whole new storyline mode called Impostors.
Patch 17.40 will be rolled out this Tuesday, no doubt allowing the dataminers to dig into the game's files and see what this is all about.
