During the PlayStation Showcase on September 9, 2021, the ambitious action-adventure game, called Project Eve, was revealed in more detail. To reward the hard work of the approximately 260 employees of the Korean studio, the director of the project offered a PlayStation 5 to each member of the staff.
Daniel Ahmad's shared the news on Twitter as the Niko Partners analyst showed footage of the PS5 being offered to Shift Up's 260 employees. The consoles have been bought by Kim Hyung Tae, the company director, and it seems that he had reserved them for some time already in order to prepare his surprise.
If the game was already planned for PS4, Xbox and PC, the recent showcase was an opportunity for Shift Up to confirm the release of Project Eve on PlayStation 5 as well. By offering a PS5 to each of his employees, Kim wanted to ensure that each of them could play it in the best conditions.
