Nintendo Direct: It's finally here and here's what to expect!

Last week, we had the right to an exclusive direct to Xenoblade Chronicles 3 which will be the flagship game of July for the Japanese firm, but nothing prevented Nintendo from making another presentation shortly after. This time, it will be dedicated to partners.

Nintendo Direct: It's finally here and here's what to expect!

The month of June is rich in announcements since at the beginning, we had the right to the Summer Game Fest and all the conferences that were linked to it and now it's Nintendo's turn to release its cartridges with two Nintendo Direct at the end of the month, the first of which was reserved for Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

A Nintendo Direct for partners

If the first direct had taken place to present content purely produced by studios working for Nintendo, the one that will take place tomorrow will be centered on partners and therefore developers who do not necessarily release games exclusively on the hybrid console. As the official Nintendo Twitter accounts mention, the presentation will last about 25 minutes and will allow you to discover future games from third-party publishers that will join the Switch catalog.

Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase: When? Where and how to watch it?

As we said above, this presentation will take place tomorrow, June 28, 2022 at 3 p.m. and it will therefore be necessary to block almost half an hour in order to have been able to see everything and begin to analyze the announcements that will have fallen. Of course, for that, you would have to know where it will be broadcast and it couldn't be simpler, since it will be available on the YouTube platform at this address . Don't forget to activate the notification if you don't want to miss the Nintendo Direct.

What to expect from this Direct

Although there is not a huge amount of information circulating on this subject, we can still talk about what you should and should not expect from this direct. First of all, since it's a Partner Showcase , you can already forget the major titles of the Japanese firm, so no, there won't be Splatoon 3, The Legend of Zelda or Mario or so would only be for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope , but that's highly unlikely since it would be placed in a traditional Nintendo Direct instead.

Among the announcements that we could have, there are those of portable games PS4 or Xbox One on the Switch for example or even new games exclusive to the console coming from other publishers, but not having their place in particular a classic Nintendo Direct and if you ever hope to see Genshin Impact on Nintendo's hybrid console, it surely won't be during this presentation. Same for Bayonetta 3 , it is very unlikely to hear about it in this video.

And that ends this news, and even if many of you are disappointed not to see a classic Nintendo Direct, it is nevertheless interesting to watch this Partner Showcase which may, perhaps, hold surprises, who knows?
