This is one of the very last monumental crossovers that was still missing from Fortnite's charts. Through the implementation of patch 21.20 this Wednesday, several famous dataminers have established that, perhaps, the long-awaited partnership between Fortnite and Dragon Ball will happen. The tweezers are still in order, but the bundles of clues found in the game data are rather edifying.
The Capsule Corp logo
It's a very small object, reserved for Creative mode, which turned into a major leak in the morning. Relayed by FireMonkey , an image shows a Fortnite file on which we can clearly see the logo of the Capsule Corp, a top multinational in DBZ, which is owned by Bulma's father.
This is admittedly a fairly minor allusion to the monument that is anime. But it can't be a coincidence, as the logos are so identical.
A rumor that predated the leak
During the same morning, ShiinaBR also relayed this strange file, adding that she had already been aware since last year that the crossover project between Fortnite and DBZ was under consideration at Epic Games.
The partnership therefore seems to be still relevant, even if Epic Games has not yet revealed any official teaser on this subject. In addition, we do not know the content that this collaboration will have, even if it should logically induce skins bearing the effigy of the leading characters of the anime.
If this project ever sees the light of day later this year, it will be one of the biggest crossovers in Fortnite history. And then only Pokémon, Harry Potter and One Piece will be missing for Fortnite to complete its ultimate panoply of collaborations with world-famous franchises for good.
