PlayStation 5 Dev Kit design confirmed?

It is no longer a secret to anyone — many studios are currently working on content for next console in the Playstation lineup. The PS5 will not see the light of day until Winter 2020 at least, but the developer's kit appears to have been unearthed online.

PlayStation 5 Dev Kit design confirmed?

First of all, whether these sketches are true or not, it should be noted that this is by no means the final design for the PS5. These images would actually be those of the devkit of Sony's next-gen console: with its very strange shape, its many buttons at the front and its lateral vents making it even wider, doubt was also not really allowed. It would therefore be a very normal development tool, at least according to the latest developer's testimony, noted by Wario64's tweet below:

Development kits have always been machines with special features, but what could be more logical after all? These are above all designed to be efficient and help developers in their work, so we are very far from the console designed to appeal to the general public. On the other hand, it is the prerogative of the craziest collectors, with kits sometimes selling for nearly 1100 dollars.
