As we can see in the trailer of the Battle Pass in Chapter 2 of Fortnite, it is possible to fight on the water with motorboats. You can climb to four on the outboard to conduct high-speed chases on the various water points available on the new battle royale map. One can drive the boat while the others can shoot up the enemies.
Water seems to be an important element in this new chapter of Fortnite. Gone are the days of building on the water to be able to walk in peace. You just have to take boats to move faster now!
