New items, removed items, rune changes — patch 9.23 will surely shake things upside down! Currently tested on the PBE, the preseason patch is blowing a wind of changes on the Summoner's Rift!

Currently tested on the PBE, Patch 9.23 brings new support items, as well as reworks for some runes!

However, that's not all! A lot of items are also going to disappear...

As usual, the following changes are incredibly subject to change following Riot's decisions.

Riot is testing changes on the maximum range of AoE spells

Experiments for the League of Legends pre-season are not over on the PBE. The team is currently testing a modification on the maximum range of zone spells of several champions.
