In the Evil Emperor Frieza Saga of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, you'll have to complete a good series of sub stories if you want to collect all the soul emblems in the game. You start with the one closest to your home, which will be given to you by Ox King: it's time to go on a vegetable hunt.

Once you have the shopping list displayed on the right, it's very simple: either you take your time to go and collect everything you need, or you go to the first store you come across to buy all that for a few hundred zenis. What is even more likely is that you already have everything you need to complete the mission, since you'll need 4 carrots and 2 pieces of meat. Go and share a good mother/son meal with Chi chi to pocket your reward. This quest won't give you any extra soul emblems.
