After completing the main story, you will have access to the world of Kaio Shin which will open the doors to other Dragon Ball Z Kakarot sub stories. Some will be a follow-up of the end of the adventure, such as Fulfilling a Promise featuring Elder Kai.
Fulfilling a Promise
Goku had promised Elder Kai, that he could get a kiss from Bulma. Goku will teleport himself directly to the Capsule Corporation to ask this little favor to his long time friend. She promises to think about it in exchange for a small favor: bring him back the 7 dragon balls.
You'll have to scour the world in search of the object of all desire. As usual, observe each area on the world map to locate the small crystal ball icon in the lower left corner of each zone. Once in the selected area, open the map to locate the exact position of each ball. They may sometimes be below the Red Ribbon towers, so destroy them before you can get them back.
Once the crystal balls have been collected, Bulma will tell you that she wishes to ask Shenron to remove the few wrinkles that are starting to appear on her face. On top of that, she will say no to the service you were asking her for. Don't panic, the quest ends here, Goku will find a solution thanks to one of his very old friends.
In addition to the promised rewards, you'll also get the soul emblem of Elder Kai which will fit perfectly into the Master Roshi's community board.
