In this guide of Final Fantasy VII Remake, we will see all the conditions to unlock the different dresses of Aerith, Tifa and Cloud during chapter 3 and 9 of the adventure.
Tifa Dresses in Chapter 3
Getting the three Tifa’s Dresses depend on what you tell her to wear in the Chapter 3 Discovery Event.
- A very simple first step: complete all the side quests in Chapter 3 to gain access to the secondary story between Cloud and Tifa.
- Once in Cloud's apartment, Tifa will ask him how she'll dress for a special occasion, and the dress will change depending on your answer to this little question.
- Don't choose "Mature" if you're on your second run and you've never done the side quests in this chapter, as it corresponds to the basic outfit she wears at Don Corneo's place.
We'll let you discover the result without spoiling the outfits, you'll obviously have to wait until chapter 9 and the audition of the Don to admire the other designs imagined for Tifa.
Aerith Dresses in Chapter 8
- First, tou have to complete Chapter 8 without completing any side quest and go directly to Aerith when you are free to move.
- Now, Aerith's dresses depends on the number of Chapter 8 side quests you made.
- In Chapter 8 do 0/6 side quests and you'll get a Basic Pink Dress
- In Chapter 8 do 3/6 side quests and you'll get a Pink Dress,
- In Chapter 8 do 6/6 side quests and you'll get a Long Red Dress
Cloud Dresses in Chapter 9
Cloud’s Dress depends on your Chapter 9 side quests decisions.
- In Chapter 9 do Side Quests The Party Never Stops, A Dynamite Body, and Burning Thighs to get the Black/Blue Dress
- In Chapter 9 do Side Quests The Price of Thievery, Shears’ Counterattack, and Burning Thighs to get the White Dress
- In Chapter 9 skip all Side Quests to get the Simple Black Dress
As a reminder, if you want to fill in the progress register in new game + and reach 100%, you will necessarily have to unlock the 3 types of dress for Aerith, Tifa and Cloud.
