Patch 5.3 is now available in Final Fantasy XIV and players can now fight the second part of the YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse Puppets’ Bunker Alliance Raid. But before being able to go and destroy some robots to get exclusive rewards you might want to unlock it.
NOTE: You can only get the rewards once a week and will be able to upgrade your Crystarium gear in Eulmore with this Puppets' Coin.
Unlocking Puppets' Bunker FFXIV 5.3
In order to unlock the Alliance Raid, you will need to complete the quest called We Can Rebuild Her. This quest is available by talking to Dig Site Chief in Kholusia (X: 34.7 Y: 18.2).
But I can't see the quest..
If you cant see the quest, here is how to get it!
To unlock the "We Can Rebuild Her" quest you will need to finish two other quests available since 5.2 after clearing the first part of the Nier Automata Raid: The Coppied Factory.

This quest is given by Dig Site Chief in Kholusia (X:34.7 Y:18.2)
One Way to Do It
This quest is given by Anogg in the Excavation Tunnels (X:5.8, Y:4.7)

Once done with all this requirement and as a Disciple of War or Magic level 70 you will be able to accept the quest "We Can Rebuild Her" from Dig Site Chief in Kholusia (X:34.7 Y:18.2).
