This challenge is part of the Fortnite Midas' Revenge series of challenges. You'll have to injure players using a vehicle they own during the Fortnitemares event. To own a vehicle in the demonic sense of the word, you'll need to be a Shadow beforehand.
Update 14.40 introduced a new feature which allows you to reincarnate as a ghost after your death. Once you're a Shadow, you'll have to look for a vehicle to drive, and then crush living players with it.
Owning a vehicle is quite simple: once in Shadow you'll just have to press your basic interaction key.
Finding vehicles will sometimes be a little more difficult. Avoid locations close to the start of the battle bus, as players will be fighting for access to vehicles, especially during the week following the release of this challenge. Note that even if owned, the vehicles are still dependent on gasoline — watch your fuel gauge!
We recommend two models of cars for injuring players:
- Sports car — Very fast, its acceleration will surprise players who won't have time to avoid the car.
- Pick-up — Powerful and fast enough, it will be able to shatter opposing walls and buildings, and crush the survivors.
Although the truck is heavy and devastating, if it hits structures, it's quite slow and predictable. Seasoned opponents will be difficult to overturn.
