Cloudstone
For a maximum rank shield, you need 20 Cloudstone Shards, 7 Cloudstone Chunks, and 1 Pure Cloudstone.
- Shards and Chunks are dropped by the Storm Beast of the World 4-3 with a ranged weapon, but you have to make sure that they fall to the ground and not into the void. Shards can also be purchased from Graverobber Bligereleased in 4-2.
- The Pure Cloudstone is dropped by the Storm King in Old Hero Archstone.
